The NIHR CRDC-PC: Dorset is based within The Adam Practice in Poole Dorset. We work in partnership with the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) and regional research networks to deliver high-quality clinical research in community settings, helping to improve patient care and expand access to health research.
The centre offers patients opportunities to participate in a wide range of research studies, including investigations into diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, migraine, and preventative healthcare.
Research activities may involve new medicines, medical devices, or health questionnaires, all conducted under approved research governance standards.
