Operating a single contract, multi-location model across all ten Greater Manchester boroughs, the CRDC-PC enables rapid scale-up from high-performing core sites to a wider network of GP practices and community providers. Scalable recruitment across a large population without the need to activate multiple independent sites, reducing complexity while maintaining consistent delivery standards.

Greater Manchester’s population reflects a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds, health needs and levels of deprivation. The centre prioritises high-impact disease areas including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer and mental health, supported by culturally appropriate materials and strong community engagement.
